Applications Support Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Coordinate with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify and define necessary system enhancements, analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend and implements solutions. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems and industry standards, documents requirements. Partner with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements. Consider the implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicate impact and propose risk mitigation options. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Designing software applications and conducting End to End system and data analysis by setting up and reviewing logs, trace files, analyzing codes and developing complex SQL queries for various Oracle ERP financials modules including General Ledger and Procure 2 Pay; Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and providing technical solutions for issues utilizing UNIX and SQL queries; Preparing complex report for different stakeholders by utilizing Oracle ERP knowledge and Tableau reports, SQL Developer, and Toad; Integrating SaaS applications including Oracle Financials Cloud and Ariba through Web Services and FTP with on Premise applications including PeopleSoft, Vertex, Treasury Workstation and Vice Versa; Using Oracle Financials/ERP, OFSA, Sub-Ledger, Enterprise Data Management, Data Model and Accounting Hub to oversee Optimal Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Currencies, Exchange Rates, Journals and facilitate the analysis of balances and reconciliation; and  Scheduling and troubleshooting Batch jobs using tools including Unix and IBM Tivoli, using Service Now and Jira to raise and track various incidents and requirements, and using HP QC to enter and track defects. 40 hrs./wk.
