Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Assess risk when business decisions are made, in line with firm’s policies and standards. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Analyzing and programming software application(s), including Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse applications; Serving as a subject matter expert in at least one area of application development; Developing Business Intelligence solutions using Cognos, MSTR, Oracle, and SQL Server; Enforcing SDLC processes, performing system design, coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, artifacts packaging, storing, and deploying; Designing applications using version control and configuration management tools including GIT, and building them using Bitbucket; Designing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines including Jenkins, and deployment using RLM; and Creating Data Warehouse architecture using ETL tools including Talend, and Oracle Warehouse Builder. 40 hrs./wk.
