Team/Role Overview

BTSS is a global service organization that provides a variety of core products and services to the business. These comprise of:

  • Archiving,
  • Vehicle Program.
  • Mail & Distribution,
  • Managed Print Services,
  • Office Supplies & Stationery,
  • Global Travel,
  • Corporate Card Program,
  • Marketing & Transactional Print.

This is a customer facing role responsible for interacting with Citi’s internal stakeholders (to ensure that BTSS core services are delivered to support their needs, as well as communicating key changes and strategy implementation) as well as third-party suppliers.

What you’ll do

As an In-Country Business Services (ICBS) Coordinator You will be responsible for the day to day running of the core product services, including operational tasks and vendor management where appropriate.

You will ensure that all duties and requests are resourced and completed in a controlled and timely manner and meet and deliver minimum operating standards to our agreed service levels.

  • Ensure efficient delivery of BTSS in-country business services and conduct regular review of in-country processes against policy and regulatory requirements - seek best practices within regional/global teams and share with the local team.
  • Build and maintain good relationships and cooperation with peers, other local or regional units, product management, vendors and partners.
  • Actively participate in BTSS in-country, regional and third-party meetings and other applicable BTSS products activities, projects.
  • Support the Country Management and the BTSS Regional Management in the execution of the BTSS global strategy – assist them with ensuring adherence to the country financial budget while providing explanation on monthly variances of direct and indirect spend
  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
  • Act as BAO (Business Activity Owner) for the third parties that provides the BTSS services
  • Communicate with local authorities and banks, if needed.

What we’ll need from you

  • Operational and service delivery experience – at least
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of market/industry trends
  • Good command of Microsoft Applications with focus on Excel (reporting, formulas etc.)
  • Experience in expense management & cost reduction
  • Third Party Management and/or risk & control experience in a banking environment serves as an asset
  • Eye to identify process improvements & re-engineering opportunities
  • University degree
  • Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in relation to some of the services for which this position is responsible
