We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Advisory Support Analyst, based in Singapore. The Asia South SG Wealth Business Performance Office (BPO) Advisory Support Analyst (C10) is a junior level position responsible for the implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase productivity of the frontline advisors and maximize opportunities for growth.

  • Role requires to deal with most problems independently.
  • Good understanding of how the team and functional area integrate with others in accomplishing the business objectives.
  • Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
  • Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.
  • Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
  • Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Driving Productivity for RM & specialists.

• Capacity tracking.

• RM & Specialist Activity Tracking.

• Driving Quarterly performance reporting.

• Front line scorecard management.

• Front line deviation management.

• Manage Quarterly and Annual Incentive Payout/Bonus.

• Team Control & MCA management in a timely manner.

• Manage frontline Recognition events

• Engage stakeholders to achieve Biz key drivers together as a Team

• Prepare inputs for generating monthly performance report for Cards and Loans Channel

• Perform checker role for monthly performance output generated.

• Ensure proper documentation for MCA.

• Ensure proper maintenance records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with data and related tools (Excel, Access, or other analytical tools).

• Ability to find meaningful insights from data/information.

• Willing to work under environment where meeting timeline is extremely critical.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, and highly proficient with Excel (functions) & PowerPoint.

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as

demonstrated presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
