The Role:

The Senior IAM Governance Analyst is a senior level position that is responsible for advancing projects and ad hoc initiatives aimed at reducing risk to the firm within the IAM Governance team in Citi's CISO. This individual should be strong in compiling data, preparing presentations, and other materials for review and communicate in both standing and ad hoc meetings to a wide range of stakeholders from both technical and non-technical peers to senior leadership and executive managers.

The Senior IAM Governance Analyst is a critical member of the team to help refined metric views to more accurately represent identity risk across the firm by multiple risk factors. These efforts will help to further drive and enhance efficiency for the strategic initiatives focused on enhancing reporting, monitoring, and data visualization in collaboration with internal and cross-function teams for all of Citi's CISO and Citi greater.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) to support risk management activities and strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture
  • Conduct gap assessments, control testing, and cyber risk scoring aligned with NIST and CRI profiles to identify and address areas of non-compliance and risk exposure
  • Develop and deliver framework-aligned reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to communicate risk posture and control effectiveness
  • Leverage knowledge of NIST CSF and other cybersecurity risk management methodologies to guide risk assessments and control implementation
  • Utilize actionable metrics and data-enriched reporting to further enhance the informed decision-making process
  • Apply evaluative judgment by analyzing complex situations and interpreting factual information to support risk-informed decisions
  • Translate technical requirements into clear, business-focused insights to support informed decision-making across stakeholders
  • Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills
  • Design, build and analyze complex Cybersecurity Risk metrics to effectively drive informed decision making directly with senior leadership and executive management teams
  • Mitigate risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actions and develop security solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Technology Governance, Technology Risk, or Information Security (IS) Governance with 2+ years' experience in a larger scale and/or enterprise environment
  • 3+ years' experience communicating and driving conversations with data visualizations and metrics reports to a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior and executive business stakeholders
  • Capable of integrating deep technical knowledge with governance expertise to drive effective risk management
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and manipulating data
  • Commitment to high standards of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to research and apply industry relevant information within IS governance
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and analytics software is a plus (e.g., Tableau)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Any Information Security or Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
  • Master’s degree is a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
