We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as an VP, Funds Change PMO Manager - Hybrid(Internal Job Title: Project Manager 2 - C13) based in Pune, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

This is a role within the expanding Funds Operations programme management office. The role will manage a team of PMO analysts who support the Funds Change project delivery teams in the delivery of client change, client implementation and internal change initiatives.

Reports on and oversees the total portfolio of Funds Change projects and initiatives, across all change categories
Defines, implements and manages work intake and allocation to delivery teams across all funds operations change projects, monitors capacity and highlights prioritisation requirements
Is responsible for the overall execution, control and completion of Change Delivery PMO, quality control and governance framework and processes, compliant with client and with Citi project management governance.
Resolves complex governance problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
Implements frameworks to manage project management performance against standards.
Contributes to the creation and/or maintenance of portfolio management tools and platforms (incl. tooling for Project Managers, Business Analysts etc.)

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

A minimum of 5 years experience of managing a PMO primarily in financial services
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
Experience in creation and maintenance of project management office frameworks incl. experience with book of work management and reporting platforms
Experience in interaction at senior management level of businesses
Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
