PMO Governance Analyst - AVP

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance practices in large organizations is desirable
• Experience as an Agile project manager in a large organization is desirable, PMP credential is desirable. Background in either technology or operations is preferred.  Experience in the software life cycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA or experience in JIRA Governance. Knowledge of how-to setup dashboards, Kanban boards and plans is desirable.
• Experience of working with Global stakeholders is desirable.
• Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
• Hands-on experience with Confluence or SharePoint sites
• Strong can-do attitude and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Overall Experience of 8-12 years in the same field

Nice To Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), SAFe training is a plus.
• Strong data analytics skills. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools will be a plus (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Qlik)
• Advanced Power Point expertise. Experience in preparing executive level, succinct and creative presentations.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Project Tracking System (PTS) is a plus.
