The Markets Operations Technology group develop and implement a wide range of applications that support the Operations groups that are core to the success of the Markets business. They have significant impact across the lifecycle of a trade. We partner extensively with a range of internal stakeholders including product aligned Middle Office groups, Settlements, Margin, Asset Servicing, Listed Derivative & Commodities Operations.

The IT Project Senior Supervisor is a seasoned professional role. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. This role will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for site-level activities, ensuring smooth coordination across hiring, senior leadership visits, site events, and business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including recruitment teams, hiring managers, site leadership, and other functional teams, to enhance efficiency and drive impactful initiatives. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the hiring process by coordinating with the recruitment team and hiring managers
  • Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely communication between stakeholders
  • Collaborate on onboarding new hires, and support candidate engagement activities.
  • Plan and organize senior leadership visits, including booking meeting rooms, managing agendas, and coordinating logistics
  • Ensure seamless execution of leadership events, town halls, and other key meetings
  • Contributes to and / or creates internal communications. Creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations.
  • Coordinate and execute site-wide events, employee engagement activities, and business unit impact programs. Act as the central point of contact for all site-related activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with site teams to support risk and control processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Work closely with CRS and CTI teams for site-related operational needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs.
  • Assists in providing ad-hoc reports and with special projects as needed
  • Support project management activities, tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in experience as Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated/proactive, solution and detail oriented
  • Strict professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all company levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Leadership and developmental skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
