Apps Development Sr Manager - C13 - PUNE

To meet the growing requirements funds services, we need Application Development Senior Programmer Analyst especially in design and development experience using Microservices, Java, REDIS, MongoDB, Kafka, React JS with strong technical abilities and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end development of Global application
• Application Management
• Maintain application hygiene and address any Risk & Control items
• Manage Senior Stake holders and always communicate effectively and professionally
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Operational users / Product mangers to deliver projects
• Provide technical and functional expertise to the team
• Mentor and Coach junior team members
• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
• Contribute to design and system architecture.

Qualifications:

• 6-12 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
• Experience as Applications Development Manager
• Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role
• Stakeholder and people management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven project management skills
• Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Technical Skills:

• Extremely good with micro services tech stack
• Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Database:  RDBMS, NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Kafka streaming
• Core Java - server side programming
• Java 8 , J2EE , Spring, Spring boot, REST , JSON, Hibernate, Maven, Apache Tomcat, SQL, JMS / Oracle, React JS, Redux , Angular JS
• Application Designing
• Experience in low latency programming
• Strong Academic Record
• Team player

Nice to Have: 

• Experience implementing Event Driven architecture
• Strong Web Technologies
• WebSocket
• Reactive Programming
• Blockchain

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
