IT Business Analyst

The Global Compliance Monitoring (GCM) Team is a cybersecurity team focusing on Information Security Analyst (ISA) monitoring. As a GCM Analyst you will be responsible to catch potentially malicious activity and maintain compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Performing daily ISA and platform (Wintel, PIDAR, Database) review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely identification of discrepancies.

• Identify issues or anomalies within security reports, escalating them according to established protocols to ensure they are addressed promptly.

• Participation in projects to raise the review quality to even higher standards.

• Engagement in ongoing learning and development to improve understanding of the platforms and processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

• Work as a team to accomplish objectives and perform other duties as assigned.

• Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

• Conduct business analysis activities by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts.

• Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred.

• Ability to develop projects required to design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams.

• Ability to independently plan priorities and tasks to meet the deadlines.

• Demonstrated knowledge of GCM processes is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
