Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Trader for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Review and optimize Citi funding strategy across different liquidity metrics, including LCR, NSFR, and internal metrics. Provide liquidity management oversight across markets. Integrate collateral eligibility data to improve Citi’s sources and uses model. Enhance liquidity data accessibility for markets and share them with other business users. Drive Collateral Optimization activities and capabilities. Develop and enhance the optimality calculation framework. Improve and streamline collateral optimization processes and operational touchpoints. Integrate Citi’s collateral optimization activity into our selected third-party vendor. Provide pricing input and support for Unsecured Derivatives and Collateralized Derivatives. Set pricing curves in accordance with Citi policy and framework. Provide risk exposures reports used to manage our unsecured funding needs. Calculate and manage exposures to non-standard collateral types. Develop on-desk tools and drive IT initiatives. Develop data aggregation and visualization tools for other desks. Collaborate with quantitative teams to develop more sophisticated and automated tools. Collaborate closely with IT teams to implement the solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation providing liquidity management oversight across markets within the financial industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Working on unsecured funding management, pricing, and risk management of derivatives; Working on liquidity management and optimization of resources including liquidity, collateral and capital, using knowledge of capital and liquidity rules and regulations; Automating P&L and risk calculations using programming skills, including Python and VBA; and Querying large scale datasets and assessing data for patterns to spot anomalies, including booking errors and data quality issues. 40 hrs./wk.
