Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the firm’s recovery and resolution plans and related capabilities.  The plans require development of central strategies to support timely and effective execution of various financial, legal and operational actions during periods of unprecedented stress. Development of the plans requires coordination with stakeholders across the organization, including technology, finance, treasury, operations and businesses, to ensure execution readiness.  RRP sets the requirements for and reviews plan documentation to ensure its meets regulatory guidelines and is fit for purpose to guide management and board throughout both the planning and execution phases. RRP is also responsible for identifying required capabilities necessary to support plan development and execution and for establishing the framework to support capabilities testing.  Finally, RRP oversees and manages the governance process associated with plan approval and submission along with regulatory engagement for plan review and challenge.

RRP Tableau Development and Reporting lead (RRP) VP is role that reports into the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting. A successful candidate will have an extensive data management, reporting, visualization, and programming background with experience leveraging Tableau, SQL, Python to manage/report on complex data sets. The individual will be able to efficiently organize, analyze, present and archive data in formats appropriate for both execution leads and senior management audiences.  Additionally, a successful candidate will be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing requirements, priorities, and expectations.



Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the design, implementation and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance of data
  • Develop, implement and maintain key RRP metrics, reporting frameworks and drive continuous improvement across reporting processes
  • Validating consistency and integrity of data across systems, platforms and stakeholder groups
  • Establish automated processes for large scale data analysis and create metrics to support business strategies and Citi’s regulatory commitments. Interpret complex data sets and transform them into visual stories that inform decision-making.
  • Establish data reporting governance routines / processes

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in computer science, data science, finance, or mathematics with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
  • Hands on experience with Tableau tools developing end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise architectures (e.g., Desktop, Server, Prep, etc.)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with TabPy and Tableau Data Management, Lineage, Tableau API tools. 
  • Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlikview, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel data analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Solid understanding of financial services data, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks – interest in building Recovery and Resolution Planning knowledge/expertise
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
