We are seeking an experienced and driven digital platforms Product Manager to lead the development and management of our developer experience, specifically focused on self-service journeys for corporate/commercial clients looking to get started with API and File based integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, JIRA, APIs, banking portals, and have experience in the banking and treasury sectors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our developer experience, driving product roadmaps, and delivering high-quality product solutions that meet our clients' needs and align with industry standards.

In the Client Digital Products team, we are bringing together API products from across the bank to present them to our clients as a unified bank offering standardized designs and tools for internal and external development teams.  We are an innovative team, with an entrepreneurial feel. We are working on the next generation of APIs and embedded banking products,

Responsibilities:

Developer Portal Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for our developer portal that aligns with our business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Agile Product Management:

  • Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint reviews.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and successful delivery of API products.

JIRA Management:

  • Utilize JIRA to manage product backlogs, track progress, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are accurately tracked and reported.

Banking & Treasury Knowledge:

  • Leverage your understanding of banking and treasury operations to ensure we present our API portfolio in a way that caters to the need of our clients

Customer & Market Insights:

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the developer portal and identify new opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the developer experience, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA, Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience managing product development using JIRA.
  • Knowledge of banking and treasury operations, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and product performance analysis.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
