Digital PM Lead Analyst
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital PM Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Help to build Citi’s U.S. Personal Banking Technology Division’s digital product and roadmap. Gather business and technical requirements to develop and implement Citi’s Digital Consumer Banking Portal. Perform customer research to gain end-to-end, real-world understanding of customer needs and platform product value. Define business requirements for portal functionalities using Cloud technology and Microservices, adhering to object-oriented methodologies. Prepare platform product documentation and monitor feature development through a catalog. Create and monitor KPIs. Help to define and maintain a Digital Roadmap and interact with teams to align portal capabilities. Identify components of competitive analysis that inform decisions for platform product portfolio and roadmaps. Perform gap analysis and participate in workstream-specific use cases and business process development through mapping and gapping. Prepare and deliver groomed user stories to Agile scrum teams using HP Quality Center, JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and SharePoint designer-based reporting. Monitor and improve user experience using web analytics tools including Adobe Site Catalyst and MIS data analytics. Identify risk related to resource and backlog availability and collaborate with Risk officers, Compliance, and the Fraud team on solutions for suspicious fraud activity monitoring and detection. Analyze data to research problems and communicate recommendations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation building digital technologies. Five (5) years of experience must include: Developing user-facing digital products, building web and mobile applications that interact with cloud or database systems, and defining software development strategies including Application Programming Interface (API) development and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance; Analyzing and defining product roadmaps, creating product requirements, timelines, and user stories using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio, and performing competitive analysis to improve digital platforms; Applying User Experience (UX) design principles through Design Thinking to identify customer pain points through data tracking, analysis, and visualization using Adobe Analytics, logging tools, and Microsoft Excel; Collaborating with technology and UX teams to analyze business needs and develop user-friendly web and mobile applications, ensure alignment with customer goals, and implement audit recommendations; Conducting IT audits to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance with Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) standards, ensuring the protection of systems and Personally Identifiable Information (PII); and Identifying vulnerabilities and enforcing IT controls to implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
