Digital Asset Payments Product Senior Manager - Director

This is a dynamic product management role in the global Payments organization requiring the individual to display a very good understanding of Digital Assets, Client needs, perform continuous market scans and work across multiple product, risk and compliance groups and geographies to deliver solutions that serve clients digital asset needs and help create the network of the future. While at the same time evaluate and engage various internal and external partners to augment TTS core product offerings as required. The role also requires client engagement to drive commercial agendas and deepen Citi's understanding of client needs in this space.

This role offers the unique experience of supporting the development of Citi’s network of the future, supporting the development of the new products, network, and modernization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, product development/enhancements and closing of product gaps involving co-ordination with global partners and in-country product teams across regions.
Support the development and execution of the digital asset payments strategy
Continue to evolve the payments product offering to provide clients with unique solutions to enhance Citi’s ability to support VASPs and deliver digital asset products to existing Citi clients.
Continue to expand Citi’s next generation of payments offerings including new feature functionality, controlled experiments and the development of Citi’s network of the future
Support delivery of Product P&L through supporting clients in this emerging space
Transformational initiatives that support the delivery of the digital assets strategy
Analyze product profitability, competition and positioning in the market and proactively drive initiatives to develop Citi’s position
Strong Risk and Compliance focus given the complexities of the emerging underlying businesses while having a good commercial focus to determine commercial structures that support the
Support Sales and Banking with client engagement opportunities aimed at both deepening Citi’s relevance to the client segment while deepening the understanding of the needs of the segment
Maintain an awareness of Citi’s guardrails and narrative associated with Digital Assets
Engage with Risk and Control and Compliance partners to assess risks and design processes, governance and controls that aim to mitigate the unique risks in digital assets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
10+ yrs related experience including cash management and payments product expertise
Experience in the Digital Assets space is a distinct advantage
Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency, outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and an ability to innovate and problem solve
Strong leadership and team building skills, along with the ability to work closely and build trust with senior management and other partners
Exceptional organization and process management ability
Strong risk and control experience engaging with several second line functions
Product development skills and a commercial acumen with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market
Excellent team working and interpersonal skills to influence and build consensus
Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment
Articulate, strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
Development Value:
Acquire an understanding of interdependencies across Digital assets and payments products
Develop understanding of global and regional digital asset and payment markets, industry evolution and growth opportunities
Play an important role in the evolution and delivery of a reimagined Citi network of the future including development of the innovative products it will leverage
Develop a strong internal network through interaction with multiple business partners, senior management, and functions globally
Managing complexities through a role within a new product that delivers digital asset payments solutions across Citi’s extensive network

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
