U.S. Community Relations (USCR) is seeking a Community Relations Regional Associate to support the U.S. Community Relations Regional Teams. This role will provide administrative and programmatic support to the U.S. Community Relations Regional Teams as they implement their community engagement market strategies across the country. Community Relations Regional Associate will report to the Senior Vice President, East Region Leader.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tracking, documenting, and processing community engagement activities and Community Development (CD) service activations aligned with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Support the CRA examination process.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination, including ongoing volunteer management, recruitment, and follow up. Promote skills-based and hands-on volunteer opportunities on internal volunteer platform.
  • Monitor civil rights and consumer protection websites and assist with issue tracking and escalation. Support the development of organizational briefs.
  • Provide administrative support to U.S. Community Relations Regional Teams including but not limited to processing travel expenses, scheduling internal and external meetings, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Assist with the execution of executive market site visits and key stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external meetings, events, and volunteer activities.
  • Support departmental needs and manage special projects, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years prior office experience
  • Community engagement or philanthropy experience a plus
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, professional and ability to multi-task
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Ability to work across business lines, collaborate and interact with all levels of colleagues
  • Ability to work with diverse global populations internally and externally
  • Superior written and verbal skills
  • Flexible/adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); customer service mind-set
  • Ability to work with staff to problem solve and troubleshoot general inquiries
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment as a team player, with tight deadlines and changing priorities

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,320.00 - $109,280.00
