Business Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Group Manager for its New York, NY location (100% remote work permitted).

Duties: Create and drive cross-consumer strategic growth, revenue transformation, and customer engagement strategies. Lead new growth initiatives including Financial Inclusion and Racial Equity through the entire project lifecycle from ideation to execution, outlining detailed project management plans to ensure timely delivery. Set up financial models and data analytics tools for cross-consumer businesses and strategic initiatives. Perform market and competitive research, research to identify client needs, and define strategies and executional/technical requirements to meet these needs. Analyze data to identify opportunities to streamline procedures and improve efficiency including automating manual processes and improving process flows and procedures. Monitor and publish performance of strategic initiatives by identifying core KPIs and setting performance targets. Provide strategic support across a wide variety of organizational needs and processes to help deliver organizational outcomes across transformation, efficiency, simplification, etc. Analyze current processes to identify client growth, engagement, experience gaps, and provide key strategic recommendations to senior management for improvement, streamlining, and re-engineering operational procedures. 100% remote work permitted.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience with data analysis in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial, IT, or consulting industry. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint to conduct data analysis, frame findings, and develop and communicate program and performance/strategic updates; Performing data analysis leveraging Business Intelligence (“BI”) tools including Tableau to deliver strategic recommendations; Developing and managing key metrics for measuring impact of business initiatives leveraging Management Information Systems ("MIS") tools and Business Intelligence ("BI") reporting tools; Streamlining procedures and improving efficiency including automating manual processes and improving process flows and procedures; Conducting strategic market and competitive research analysis to help develop new transformation initiatives, features, and capabilities; and Performing program management to develop program strategy, define approach, build milestones, identify stakeholders, and deliver operating models. 40 hrs./wk.
