KYC Operations UAT Lead - C10 - MUMBAI

The KYC Operations Analyst 2 (UAT Lead) is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead a team of testers guiding and monitoring the testing to be conducted for the upcoming releases including but not limited to global enhancements testing, enhancement in existing countries digital workflow, new country digital workflow, any adhoc testing

  2. Familiarity with different testing methodologies such as User acceptance testing, Regression testing, Negative testing, Integration testing, alpha and beta testing as applicable to the Client onboarding and renewal platform

  3. Co-ordinate with the various stakeholders – KYC DI team Journey leads and BAs, Product, tech team and PMO on the testing scope for the upcoming releases, preparing test cases and getting it validated from Journey leads to avoid any testing gaps, verification of the testing conducted by the testers and sharing defects in the daily EUT call with stakeholders and entering defects observed in the EUT defect tracker

  4. Good communication skills to present defects observed in the daily End-user testing (EUT)call conducted by the Product PMO. Also, present testing overview updates in the internal team meetings

  5. KYC testing support to account onboarding and other teams on releasing checklist for weekend testing, PVT testing on a weekend every month as per the release calendar, co-ordination with other teams on test dataset creation such as creation of test GFCIDs for continuous testing, manual KYC WI creation, abandon GFCIDs

Qualifications:

• UAT background
• BA/IT background
• People Manager Experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strategic thinkers and solutions orientated

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
