In this role, you’re expected to:

The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is a Business Analyst role for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis

• Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies

• Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct complex analysis

• Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors

• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives. Work with the business partners and stakeholders.

• To manage execution of strategic roadmap and provide meaningful insights to senior management, Understand the business requirements, and partner with teams to ensure roadmap aligns to priority business needs.

• Bring strategic roadmap down to level of specific Epics and drive the implementation.

• Liaison with Technology and Business teams to support testing and data validation of reports and analytical models.

• Translate Business Functional requirements into Operations Requirements, partnering with the data modelers on the modeling solution.

• Drive the iteration and define user stories based on customer requirements and synthesize use cases.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• MBA from a reputed institute is an added advantage.

• Project management experience

• 8+ years of professional experience with leadership in technology or business analysis.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent work items with minimal supervision.

• Excellent decision-making ability to manage a complex ever changing priority list and resolve conflicts to competing priorities.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in managing functional communication to technical stakeholders and technical communication to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong Analyst with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Advanced Excel, Tableau / Vanguard, Visio, PowerPoint.

• Proven experience in an Agile / Automation would be added advantage.
