Wholesale Lending - IT Business Lead Analyst (VP) - Hybrid

The IT Business Lead Analyst (C13) is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with product and development teams to define and groom requirements
Assisting in defining application, system, controls and process requirements
Creation and ownership of Functional Architecture designs
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of supported main system flows and possess a comprehensive understanding of how the system and others (i.e. architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels
Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them
Work across teams to optimize processes
Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.
Be comfortable working through ambiguous requirements and take a lead role in providing clarity and direction
Assist with training activities and mentor new and junior team members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Be able to articulate complex concepts and designs to senior management.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a business analysis role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Project Management experience, including agile methodology
Demonstrated presentation skills
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
