The Organizational Governance Lead is a critical role to cover expanded scope and requirements, enabling execution of strategic priorities for the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) team. This position works in close partnership with the Business Management Lead, Business Execution Team and the Enterprise Data Office Senior Leadership Team to drive the execution of the organization's tactical and strategic agendas. This is a senior-level position responsible for global governance, oversight, and program execution for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance and oversight of the end to end hiring process, ensuring we follow Citi’s expense management policies and procedures. This includes the reporting & monitoring of KPIs, distribution of reports to senior management, along with regular reviews with Hiring Champions, Business Execution Leads and regional Talent Acquisition.
  • Ensure alignment with Project FIT Workforce roadmaps across all EDO teams through robust tracking and monitoring with key stakeholders
  • Manage compliance with Citi’s Organizational Health Principles, in partnership with HR, through regular reporting, monitoring and reviews with relevant teams
  • Partner with Real Estate Services (RES) and Business Real Estate Liaisons (BRELs) on various real estate initiatives, inclusive of site support, infrastructure enhancements, re-stacks / moves, space planning & seat utilization
  • Drive process improvements and improve operating model efficiencies through analysis of resource capacity allocation and reporting landscape quality control
  • Review and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Represent the Business Execution Team in business-critical meetings / forum
  • Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
  • Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Desire to improve processes
  • Team player and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
