Job Description

The Business Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Responsibilities:

  • The position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a global organization with resources and providing data & analytics solutions to all regions and lines of businesses. This includes building ties with other business teams.
  • The Business Sr. Lead Analyst will ensure that information is summarized from across the business to provide critical information to executive team
  • Partner directly with various players across decision management groups, analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives, including the annual strategic plan
  • Formulate and shepherd cross-franchise initiatives and programs from conception to completion. Help to manage executable strategies, partnering across the organization
  • Executive Scorecard Management, identify critical scorecard metrics and targets, reporting results monthly including supporting commentary and insights analysis
  • Financial control - In conjunction with the team - understands the complexities of the department Profit and Loss (P&L); appropriate accruals, client allocations in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team and workforce management
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and lead business routines
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stake holders
  • Prior work experience in area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skill


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
