The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. 

The Learning Governance, Coordination, and Communications (LGCC) lead is a highly organized and strategic individual who supports the execution of key priorities within their team. This position plays a critical role in driving consistency, collaboration, and team effectiveness. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Learning Governance

  • Own and manage the Training Council for coverage area in adherence with established guidance
  • Facilitate participation in the Enterprise Governance Forum
  • Coordinate with Business Content Owners, Enterprise Training Forum leads, and Instructional Designers to ensure learning programs are delivered on time and in compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Strategic execution 

  • Provide special project support for team leader
  • Build executive-level communication materials 
  • Serve as the central point of contact for learning-related updates and inquiries
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders
  • Act as delegate for Wealth Learning head when required in certain meetings
  • Ensure strategic goals that guide future growth and development are prioritized and translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress.

Team effectiveness 

  • Drive adherence to L&C standards and best practices
  • Ensure alignment and connectivity within the team 
  • Promote collaboration with other teams through engagement with other LGCCs 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning
  • Key capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
