Global Credit Risk Officer - Program Management Sr Analyst - AVP (Hybrid)
Global Risk Review (GRR) provides independent, objective, reliable, valued and timely assurance to the Board of Directors and Committees of Citigroup and Citibank, NA, to the Citigroup Chief Risk Officer, the Citigroup Chief Credit Officer, senior management and regulators as to the effectiveness of credit and collateral risk management and the ability of the Business and Independent Risk Management to identify, measure, monitor, and control current and emerging risks. Within GRR, the Global Credit Risk Officer Program drives best-in-class credit risk officer training, policies, assessments, and periodic reevaluation consistent with expectations of the Board, Senior Management, and regulators.
The AVP, Global Credit Risk Officer Program Management Sr Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Global Credit Risk Officer Program team in the development and execution of key programming. Credit Officers (COs) and Senior Credit Officers (SCOs) (collectively, “Credit Risk Officers”) are the foundation for all credit risk decisions made within Citi and CBNA. The importance of this function requires that the firm have a comprehensive and consistent approach to managing the Credit Risk Officer population. The Global Credit Risk Officer Program governs all aspects of the Credit Risk Officer journey beginning with training and qualifications for COs through governing the requirements and elevation process for achieving the SCO Level 1 Designation, the highest credit approval level at Citi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive project plans for the various programs, including the SCO Preparation and Evaluation initiative (SCOPE) and the Advanced Credit Evaluation program (ACE)
- Support programmatic planning and organization including coordination with senior stakeholders, Citi event planners, and external venues to ensure logistical needs are met
- Support Global Credit Risk Officer Program team on various administrative tasks related to budgeting, expense management, procurement, contracts and coordination of meetings
- Maintain CO and SCO Pipeline database including pool of candidates and confirmed participants in the various programs
- Analytical support for global requests related to CO and SCO data, including data verification, analyzing and interpreting data to make conclusions or recommendations, and performance analysis and reporting
- Gathering deliverables and/or preparing presentations to meet internal and regulatory needs
- Support buildout of new Global Credit Risk Officer Program data management application and manager dashboard
- Ad hoc projects designated by Global Credit Risk Officer Program team
- Special projects supporting GRR Management
Knowledge/Experience:
- 5-8 years of work experience in a financial services role / Citi experience preferred
- Basic understanding of credit policy fundamentals
- Formal credit training is beneficial
- Conversant with credit risk management concepts

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to express and communicate concisely and clearly with various levels of management
- Strong interpersonal skills including interest in presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proven attention to detail with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Ability to work under pressure across multiple ad hoc projects
- Flexibility in supporting various time zones
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong technology skills (proficiency in SharePoint a plus)

- Bachelor’s/University degree in business, finance, or related field

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
