Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technology Product Management Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. Collaborate with web development professionals, such as front-end or back-end developers, to complete the full scope of web development projects. Design and test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design. Engage in digital tagging projects for organization’s Consumer Bank business involving implementation of third-party marketing tagging. Ensure appropriate configurations and triggers are made in enterprise tag manager. Gather and analyze business’ tracking and analytical requirements, document necessary tagging strategies, and assist with implementation, testing and validation of design. Conduct evaluation and reimplementation of end state site catalyst design. Perform implementation of universal data layer and enterprise tag manager throughout consumer digital environment. Use Java script programming to code language used for injecting tagging from tag manager. Write code within enterprise tag manager and perform necessary testing from deployment into production. Debug code and perform appropriate testing of applications using Angular.js and React.js frameworks. Use digital tracking/analytics tools   to collect data about online engagements. Synthesize company-wide data using key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and presentations to marketing teams, and senior managers. Plan, design, and implement   tagging and digital analytics solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer and Information Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Digital Analyst, Programmer, Business Analyst or related position involving implementation of third-party marketing tagging for the financial services industry. 2 years of experience must include: Tag Manager tools: Ensighten and Adobe Launch; Java script programming including Angular.js and React.js; Front-end software development; Debugging and testing processes; Business analytics; Adobe Analytics; and Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
