As the Process Engineer Senior Lead Analyst reporting to the Sector Head of Business Services, you will be pivotal in driving strategic projects and managing the day-to-day operations of our team. We are at the cusp of the next stage in the evolution of Business Services and will need Engagement Leaders who are able to propose solutions and develop business cases in partnership with the Business Service Owner.


Key Responsibilities


Framework Adoption and Support: Collaborate with business service owners and team members to facilitate the adoption and execution of frameworks, including guidelines, methodologies, and procedures across end-to-end business services. Provide guidance and expertise to ensure successful implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Assess service dashboards, gather business input, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement and simplification.
Architect Solutions and Develop Business Case: Recommend a solution to improve service health and develop a business case for the solution.
Project Documentation: Track and document the progress of multiple, interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with adjacent improvement programs and initiatives.
Control Function Collaboration: Work closely with control functions and product managers to support the implementation of process changes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Program Management: Develop and deliver timely and accurate reports on program delivery, success measures, issue tracking, and cross-dependency management.


Qualifications & Skills


Business Knowledge & Expertise: Extensive experience in operational analysis, architecting solutions, business case development, and project execution, with knowledge of financial services products and businesses.
Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex topics through clear, logical presentations to executives.
Program Oversight: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Adaptability: A strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and pick up new responsibilities as needed.


Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in business consulting and/or the financial services industry.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
