Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Assist in the administration and delivery of key digital projects including the Citi Global Wealth Unified App, Citi Unified Web, and the North America Citi mobile application. Accountable for managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional body of work that will have a long-term impact on the company.  Work with development teams to build and launch new mobile and web application products, features, and programs. Handle vendor delivery of strategic projects and coordinate audit documentation for multiple teams. Oversee projects to ensure there are no process violations or audit issues. Ensure projects are delivered within financial budget through proper forecasting, allocation, and tracking. Responsible for overseeing the yearly book of work, critical software and infrastructure deployments, and coordinating production validation activities. Deliver new capabilities to Citi’s mobile banking application to enhance the digital customer banking experience. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related finance or IT occupation performing technology management activities in the financial or information technology industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Creating Agile roadmaps, planning and managing technology projects focusing on the customer experience, and building end-to-end delivery processes; Managing software delivery programs across functional journey teams, building sustainable processes, and collaborating with release schedules; Developing end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery, coordination, risk management, and quality assurance; Working with Agile methodology techniques and frameworks and establishing key delivery metrics for tracking program execution; Working with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirement gathering and analysis, design and planning, support build, and test and production deployment; Using MS Office Suite and Atlassian tool suite including JIRA, Project Tracking System (PTS), and Confluence to perform analysis and stakeholder communication, generate status reports to monitor projects, evaluate progress and quality, manage risk and issues, and take corrective action to meet project deadlines; and Reviewing metrics and seek new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring programs stay aligned with organization objectives. 40 hrs./wk.
