Architecture Lead Analyst
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Architecture Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Develop and maintain target-state architecture for the Branded Cards and Marketing domain. Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements. Decommission and rationalize applications based on the established business strategy and enterprise architecture standards. Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes. Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems. Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints. Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify architectural capabilities for systems in support of current and future business objectives. Work with multiple teams to analyze and document current business architecture and select appropriate design solutions. Create a domain level roadmap of the initiatives executed and assess their size, scope and impacts across business, operation and technology dimensions. Partner with stakeholders to develop initiative level of business cases to justify investments. Prioritize initiatives during the annual budgeting and planning processes. Influence solution/technical architects to implement the target state architecture. Track impact of the implemented initiatives in achieving business outcomes and ensure they support the long-term competitive business advantage. Perform project analysis for Permit to Build using internal Architecture Methodology. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Architecture Analyst, Digital Software Engineer Analyst, IT Analyst, System Engineer, or related position involving systems architecture for cards and retail banking services domains. 6 years of experience must include: Assessing current state process models and identifying applications, data concepts, risks and controls; Performing assessments using cards and marketing related applications to meet Software Development Life Cycle artifacts, policies and procedures; Creating and tracking the execution of a domain level roadmap of initiatives; Gathering and documenting current state architecture and creating target state architecture; Knowledge of payment authorization systems, including International Bankcard Systems; Knowledge of cards processing, transaction management, and marketing systems including Fiserv, Enterprise Fraud Detection system, Campaign, and Sales Offer Engine; and Knowledge of business functions as required for the Software Development Lifecycle.
