Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Use business intelligence tools and platforms Adobe and Glassbox to deliver business information to the U.S. Customer Experience and other journey teams. Deliver customer research and analysis, and create awareness and understanding across the Citi organization using the digital channel products and platforms of their performances. Analyze and interpret data using Glassbox and Adobe to create information to support various business teams in deriving actionable insights. Foster digitally aligned data solutions relevant within the region and the project. Use software development tools including Python, Java and JavaScript to build microservices, and cloud technologies for deployment. Create SQL and KSQL statements to generate reports using Tableau, Arcadia, KSQL Db and Cognos. Drive adoption of capabilities across regions by partnering with regional business and technology teams. Develop approaches to integrate data into the Google Cloud Build data and work with business analytics and product teams to create prototype methods of deriving insights from the data. Use generative AI technology to generate automated test scripts for the workflows with highest error rates. Drive applications development projects of high impact analyzing systems, business processes and industry standards, ensuring adherence to architecture blueprint, and resolving variety of problems. Work with the Digital Consumer Experience Platform Leads to frame technology roadmaps within the context of existing market opportunities and threats. Provide technical leadership to ensure applications architecture and roadmaps are consistent with the requirements and appropriate governance of exceptions are met within the committed timeframe. Use Roadmunk and Jira to manage technology roadmaps and maintain them current and presentable to stakeholders. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and 3 years of experience as an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst, IT Analyst or related position involving digital and big data analytics for a global bank. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Glassbox Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics; Python, R, SQL, Java, JavaScript; AI, ML, Gen AI including Open AI and H2o.ai; Roadmunk, Jira; Tableau, Arcadia, KSQL Db, Cognos; Big data tools: Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, Kafka, Flume, YARN; Cloud technologies: Google, AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Openshift; CX Journey Analytics; Distributed analytics programming tools; Agile/Scrum methodology; Kafka, MQ; Databases: MySQL, Oracle 11g, MongoDB.
