Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development. Build reliable, fault-tolerant, and distributed software solutions ensuring extendibility and easy maintenance using object-oriented programming. Monitor and control all phases of the software development process including analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation as well as provide user and operational support.  Analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement on business requirements.  Develop and maintain strategic long-term and tactical project plans, identify and communicate key project risks, and work with risk and finance on testing and rollouts. Mentor and train developers on new technologies and implementation processes. Research new and emerging technology in the field of software engineering. Review code to ensure accuracy, completeness, and sufficient test coverage using tools including Sonar. Develop and define standards/best practices for coding, testing, and implementation to maintain software quality. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the information technology or financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working with the Software Development Life Cycle process including performing detailed analysis, collecting requirements, coding and unit testing, integration, and system testing; Designing and developing web applications using Java EE platforms, Spring Framework, RESTful and SOAP for service layer implementation, Relational databases, JPA and hibernate for data persistence; Working with HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, Angular and React JS in development of User Interface components; Utilizing Unix Shell scripts for log analysis and data/report validation; Calculating Credit Value Adjustment/Stressed Credit Value Adjustments, Gross and Net Current Exposure/Stressed Gross, Expected Positive Exposures/Stressed EPE Profiles, and Credit Quality along with Credit Value Adjustment Specific Profit and Loss report generation for Federal Reserve; and Administering and implementing IT projects including estimation of costs and schedule. 40 hrs./wk.
