NOTICE OF FILING

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Unit Group Manager for its Houston, Texas location.

Duties: Deliver programs of change across Global Commodities, focusing on culture, data, technology, business process, governance, and compliance. Oversee the automation of controls, moving from detective to preventative. Supervise commitments to regulators, and enhance management information and the overhaul of the Citi new business process. Establish a Commodity Product taxonomy inventory encompassing over the counter and Exchange Trade Derivatives Financial and physical instruments traded by the Citi Commodities Business for use across departments. Aid the enterprise-wide transformation of the new activities approval process. Support new business product approval, integration into Citi systems, and post implementation reviews. Provide support to reduce manual touch points, add efficiencies, and enhance controls in commodities business operations through transformation of systems, processes, and end to end delivery. Drive Data quality enhancements, remediation of known issues and setting up of controls for future management. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field and 10 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Manager, Financial Controller, Product Controller, or related role involving Business Management within an international Financial Institution. Full span of experience must include: Commodities Product and Business Knowledge, Physical Commodities Markets; Data Analytics; Derivatives and Structured Products; Financial statement production and analysis; Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA programming; Data Mining; and Openlink, GMI.
