Whether you are developing performance metrics, conducting evaluations, or collaborating with various partners, peers, and ICBS (In country Business Services) country staff, you will contribute significantly to advancing important projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities.
- Act as the Program Lead for the BPS (Business Partner Services) team in supporting specific projects and multiple initiatives for successful & timely completion of the overall program to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support the BPS (Business Partner Services) Governance program data reviews.
- Collaborate with program Leads to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the successful & timely completion of Global programs key to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery.
- Ensure governance/methodology consistency of deliverables and artifacts across all program/projects in portfolio.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Monitor program progress and performance against established metrics.
- Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
- Ensure program compliance by assisting with risk rating metrics.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new data set programs metrics.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing program resources.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for program users – SharePoint |& Tableau.
- Conduct and lead data metrics deep dive reviews that will ensure efficiency and acceleration for Quality Assurance multiyear plan.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience related to process and/or project management experience.
- Ability to work with global partners across the organization.
- Proven ability to complete complex projects according to agree upon scope and timeline
- Working knowledge of large implementation and proven records on transformational process
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of internal control environment, reporting, and metrics is required.
- Solid analytical skills, combined with an ability to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner.
- Experience in working in operations unit requiring coordination across multiple regions and business segments.
- Citi Lean and Lean Process Improvement experience would be an advantage.
- Project Management knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel as well as PowerPoint to develop reports/presentations.

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
- Must have solid communication skills (oral and written) to clearly articulate findings, defend point of view amongst various groups, and present to senior management.
- Must be assertive and have strong follow up skills.
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly, and ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
- Must be a proactive and goal-oriented strategic thinker, with ability to identify creative solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrating independent leadership skills.
- Possess strong team building, planning and project management skills driven by process improvement.
- Ability to document and transfer knowledge to team member, process leads and key stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance and other fields. Master's degree a plus.
