Executive TA Execution Specialist - C12
The Executive TA Execution Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of recruitment lifecycle operations, and coordinating recruitment best practice processes, in partnership with Exec TA Partner teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Concierge candidate management and support (onsite support incl. logistics where co-located)
- Requisition operational excellence including: job spec templates, role naming conventions, job posting best practice, and compliant dispositioning of applicants
- Coordination of Workday recruitment lifecycle processes for executive hires
- Executive Assessment request processing and governance (partnership with assessment vendors and Scheduling team)
- Candidate compliance process coordination such as EoR/Rehire checks etc.
- Case handling of scheduling/contract/background screening requests and new hire support (direct contact with HM’s/hires to facilitate smooth and efficient onboarding experience)
- Ensuring timely completion of critical hiring tasks e.g.
- Signed contracts being returned
- Onboarding tasks triggered and completed
- Background screening case management: RTW, ID, criminal checks completed, regulatory reference prioritisation, etc.
- Start date management:
- Working with screening partners to ensure hires are on track for targeted start dates
- Proactive escalation of delays
- Start date confirmation processes and communications
- PO and Invoice management, processing, and tracking (all vendors)
- Maintain centralised data channels, communications channels, and team sites (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Best practice and process point of contact / subject matter expert
- Providing data analytics, insights, and reporting
- Centralising regular and ad hoc reporting activity such as MI and performance metrics etc.
- Operate with a clear understanding of data governance and risk & compliance issues associated with sensitive data
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current recruitment process or support experience
- Working knowledge of senior/executive suite hiring processes
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of executive search practices and processes
- Able to navigate complexity with a proactive focus on solutions
- Confident engaging with executive suite stakeholders
- Experience as executive recruiter
- +3-4 years of experience
- Knowledge in Workday (desirable)
- English advanced
