Team/Role Overview

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst / Technical Project Manager is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to manage applications systems analysis and program delivery activities.

What you’ll do:

• Planning, Implementation of Citi’s new generation products and applications.

• Provide leadership guidance and oversight for Application development and migration to the next generation platforms.

• Change and technical management of software upgrade/changes working with support team globally.

What we’ll need from you:

• Good experience in Project and Team Management

• Experience in Agile and Scale Agile development models

• Exposure to cloud environments (ECS preferred).

• Should have knowledge of CICD tools and delivery processes

• Experience in working with large multinational and multicultural organizations and businesses will be an advantage

•  Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred
