Senior Business Analyst in Onboarding

This position will be part of the Global TTS Client Onboarding Technology team, which is focused on improving our Onboarding platforms processes, quality, and technology that support our business and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Support the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap of the TTS Client Onboarding transformation, inclusive of improvement to Client experience, Operational Efficiency, Standardization, Digitization and Commercialization of our Account Services Platforms
  • Act as Agile Product Owner in Onboarding scrum teams including prioritizing team user stories’ backlog and support effective Agile process
  • Closely engage with Global Onboarding (Ops) management to discuss key initiatives and function as escalation point for technical issues and user queries
  • Be an SME for all initiatives responsible for and drive to effective completion
  • Develop & refine comprehensive and detailed business requirements/user stories for the proposed global, regional and local systems and focus on development of the business and client solutions
  • Manage Operational Readiness activities for all programs in your remit, including end-user testing and training, release communications, and post-migration support
  • Plan and coordinate implementation of Global Onboarding programs
  • Monitor, update and communicate project action items, timelines, milestone and risks and issues

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Multi-year experience in Agile projects, ideally as Product Owner. Agile certification a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills. Certification in project management, e.g. PMP, a plus
  • Superior analytical skills and problem-solving ability- Proven ability to analyze and develop strategies tailored to needs of the client and business users
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic business environment and changing priorities
  • Execute tasks effectively in order to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience communicating with a variety of audiences (i.e. business partners, senior management, client)
  • Energetic; demonstrated ability as a collaborative team player
  • Fluent in English
