Encargado de Cajas de Seguridad / San Ángel
The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing a positive customer service experience and executing day-to-day banking activities in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Promote security box services to customers who meet the profile to be users of this service
- Administer and supervise client access to safe deposit boxes
- Maintain the safe deposit inventory files
- Perform periodic reviews of the status of records of safe deposit boxes for collection of unpaid incomes
- Update and maintain client contracts Make contact process to customers to update contracts
- Work with manager to manage and safeguard access keys to the vault of safe deposit boxes
- Resolve client issues and identify when to deviate from standard practices or escalate to supervisor
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Experience in branch services or customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of Office Package Management and WEB tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
