BANAMEX-Subdirector De Estrategia y Analisis de Inversiones
Responsibilities:
- The Investment Strategist will be responsible for identifying short- and long-term investment opportunities and Global Markets for CPB investors in the region and for presenting, commenting and writing about such opportunities in diverse forums. The role will report to the Global Chief Investment Strategist.The strategist should provide surveillance of emerging macroeconomic and political developments across the region and will work with Citi Research analysts and product specialists to help identify individual investment opportunities across fixed income, equities and currency markets. The strategist will represent the team's global macroeconomic views in client meetings throughout the region and should be able to express these views in a clear and concise manner.
- Define and present to the sales force CPB's Regional Views in consultation with Citi Research regional analysts and local markets units.
- Provide Regional Input to Global Investments Committee
- Write periodical Regional View papers
- Coordinate successful delivery of GIC's message n the region
- Transmit Global Investment Committee views to the field and to CPB Clients
- Work with the Investments Lab to identify asset allocation Gaps and with product specialist to define strategies to close such gaps.
- Lead the regional discussion of implementation strategies and action plans for CPB Global Themes
- Participate actively in region's Sales and Research Calls
- Coordinate successful rollout of CPB Global Outlook
- Work closely with the RIH, IC Team Leaders and Product Heads helping them understand and implement the firm's Market Views.
- Contribute periodically to Quadrant and other CPB Publications
- Participate in Sales Calls with Clients and Prospects
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 6-10 years of experience
- Strong quantitative skills, written and presentation skills; Ability to work in both a team and individual creative setting.

- US Only: Securities Industry Exam, S7 & S66; NOTE: Securities Industry Exam (SIE is a prerequisite to the S7)
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
Lic. Actuaria- Matemáticas- Economía (Afin)
Experiencia mínima de 4 años en Fondos de Inversión, Mercados Financieros, Portafolios de Inversión.
Manejo de Excel- Avanzado
Conocimiento en Lenguaje de Programación (visual Basic- R o Phython)
