Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the Business Intelligence and Customer Experience area that allows us to have strategies, tools, controls, metrics anda monitoring to ensure added value to the customer experience in order to deliver the best Corporate Banking of the financial system.
- Managing commercial relationships with all top online and offline merchants across industries, For negotiating new promotions with different business and identifying future sales opportunities with business clients through development of strategic alliances
- Responsible for developing differentiated experiences and models for customers through the "Customer Care" initiative and a comprehensive service model and performance metrics of the portfolio
- Design and manage the Innovation Lab that makes a continuous search for new ideas with a focus in improving the customer experience
- Lead and integrate internal service providers to provide information and metrics that allow us to increase the level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for strategy, metrics of sales campaigns, and promotional events and awards to bankers, area managers, etc.
- Coordinate strategy with the marketing area, as well as control the budget allocated for this purpouse
- Direct and coordinate internal communication with adherence to the guidelines and policies in the area
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Negotiation, Business Strategy, Mkt - Exp- Chief of Staff to CMO / Marketing Manager / Credit Card Promotions
- Effective decision-making based on deep analysis and creative thinking
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and use networks at all levels, businesses and geographies to manage and run continously and effectively
- Ability to apply multiple initiatives an chieve performance targets
- Proven skills in conflict management, to act decisively and independently
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
