We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Learning Execution & Relationship Management, Leadership Development @ Citi – East

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Leads the implementation and maintenance of specific learning and development projects and programs (in person, virtual instructor-led and web-based trainings).

  • Acts as the primary point person for logistics, materials management, set-up, kick-off and on-site support for in person programs.

  • Manages, tracks and records development programs and participants on the Learning Management System (also includes setting up new learning items, enrolling participants and processing cancellations).

  • Builds relationships with HR and L&D colleagues both globally and regionally to maximize influence, promote efficiency, and strive for effectiveness.

  • Creates and strengthens networks that support an effective implementation of projects and programs globally.

  • Provides implementation advisory to stakeholders based on knowledge of internal and external learning solutions.

  • Collaborates with a global and diverse Learning & Culture structure to learn new tools and processes that can strengthen the team’s implementation strategy.

  • Supports the team’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Productivity strategy by capturing their work timely in the Intake Form.

  • Is responsible for all other duties assigned.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Learning or HR administration role or similar

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in English language

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Basic MS Excel

  • Proficient in Learning Management System (LMS), Sum Total or Docebo (Ideal, not Required)

  • Self-motivated, high organization skills and detail oriented

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
