We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President- HR Operations Support Sr Analyst (Mid shift), Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. The HR Operations Support Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for overseeing and optimizing training operations, ensuring seamless execution of learning programs, and providing strategic support to key stakeholders. This role involves managing complex training requests, ensuring compliance with learning requirements, and driving process improvements. As a senior team member, the analyst will mentor junior staff, serve as a key liaison between Learning Implementation Services and business leaders, and support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics. This role requires working UK business hours.


In this role, you are expected to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of training operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate training policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with leaders to align learning operations with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track training effectiveness and compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for senior leaders, HR partners, and learning teams on training operations matters.
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to managers on best practices for training requests and compliance tracking.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Learning Operations Support Analysts.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Lead special projects related to learning operations improvements and business needs.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
