The Officer - Operations Recruiter is an intermediate level position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing and building hiring strategies (internal/external, agency and direct sourcing/networking methods etc.)
- Participate in managing talent acquisition selection process for new staff at professional levels
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Perform salary recommendations & execute offer process.
- Govern and ensure proper due diligence & relevant fit and proper checks are conducted & steps adhered to
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high-quality candidate pool.
- Providing support across the entire firm or to multiple business lines/areas
- Administer defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to creatively and resourcefully source, engage & pipeline top talents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills & strong in building relationships
- Exceptional candidate management experience
- Independent, resourceful and proactive to work in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
