Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst - C14 - CHARLOTTE
The Global Reporting Governance & Oversight organization is charged with leading efforts to codify a Reporting Governance model to manage operational risks inherent in reporting processes and strengthen controls supporting regulatory and management reporting. The Global Regulatory Reporting Governance & Oversight organization is looking for a dynamic individual to help execute the target state model and establish governance standards for a robust control environment for regulatory and management reports globally. This individual will drive the development, implementation and monitor compliance of a global reporting policy, as well as define reporting governance controls and compensating measures that result in effective risk reduction.
The Financial Solutions Senior Lead Analyst will be a key enabler driving adherence to the target state reporting governance and control environment. This individual must be able to collaborate and effectively communicate with colleagues across various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Codify Global Reporting Policy and end to end governance framework to strengthen controls supporting regulatory and management reporting
- Determine control standards required for regulatory and management reports globally taking into considerations requirements from Operational Risk Management
- Design common framework, attestation, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for policy adoption and compliance monitoring, working with different stakeholders across businesses and locations to drive implementation
- Monitor compliance with the policy requirements across geographies, functions, and lines of business, including consistent interpretation
- Enhance understanding of policy requirements and drive implementation through detailed standard documents, best practice guidelines, checklists, and training, as deemed appropriate
- Develop dashboard and metrics to inform senior management of status of policy implementation, highlighting identified gaps and areas to be remediated
- Collaborate with second and third lines of defense, integrating feedback and expectations into the overall policy, controls, and governance requirements
- Establish and administer appropriate governance or oversight committees as required to ensure effective reporting control environment
- Manage and interact with cross functional teams including the Enterprise Data Office, Risk Management, Regulatory Operations, and other disciplines within Finance
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience working in the finance industry, experience in Finance, Reporting, or Governance is a plus
- Strong project management skills or experience managing transformation initiatives
- Ability to design and implement firm-wide policies, standards and procedures covering reporting activities, including experience establishing associated governance models
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the demonstrated ability to work effectively across a wide variety of people, functions, regions, and seniority to deliver results
- High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude and a desire to show continued progress
- Ability to manage competing priorities, synthesize complex concepts and large quantities of information in a complex and dynamic environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field. Masters degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$145,840.00 - $218,760.00
