ISA Governance Project Manager
We are looking for an ISA Governance Project Manager to strengthen our capabilities in professional support.
ISA (Information Security Administration) Governance team is responsible for defining and implementing the Security Admininstration oversight of applications and systems with business embedded ISA teams.The team acts as a partner with Migrations and CISO / Business partners to ensure operational standards comply with Citi’s Information Security policies.
This individual will be responsible for working with all in-scope Application Managers, CISO / Business partners and teams to oversee e2e ISA operation. This individual will also work closely with the Risk and Control team to ensure processes used in accordance with Citi Policy and IAM standards.
What you will do:
- Excellent understanding of the e2e application onboarding process.
- Support the ISA Governance Team Lead to present ideas, demonstrate results, generate and track implementation progress etc. with focus on business needs and priorities.
- Implement and adopt the ISA governance for applications successfully.
- Monitor execution of all application governance carried out by business
- Lead oversight meeting with business partners.
- Collaborate with key ISOs, Compliance & Risk Control, IS program teams partners across the regions and sectors and ISROC representatives to further develop and implement "best practices”
- Lead oversight meeting with business partners.
- Provide periodic management reports, highlighting key issues and correction action plans; monitors implementation.
- Develop and implement framework that includes effective measurement methods that will enhance governance capabilities and enable continuous improvement
- Continually identify and recommend areas of improvement in the implementation plan.
- Manage audit and regulatory requirements that apply to team functions
- Establish documented operating procedures and performance metrics
- Work on process improvements including process redesign and tools enhancements
Your profile:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience either in Information Security or related field experience
- Proven track record on analytical and problem solving skills; dependability and commitment to projects/tasks
- Demonstrated success delivering in a fast paced, result driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Citi Identity Access Management key controls including Access controls, EERS, Functional IDs, Segregation of Duties, etc.
- Strong work ethic; excellent use of discretion and judgment
- Exceptional command of English language (both verbal and written), effective communication, planning and organizational skills
- Very active, focused, smart, creative person; strong ownership and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage business relationships
- Negotiation Skills: Influence others by presenting sound rationale for thoughts/ideas; Persuade others on the best way to move forward by providing sound arguments for your opinion
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to deal with confrontation and resolve conflict
- Self-Directed: Helps to be more effective with the volume of work and produce better quality of work by prioritizing work in a fast pace and high volume environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher desired
- SSCP/CISSP/ITIL/PMP/Agile/Citi Lean certificate is an advantage
