Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and regions, and partnerships with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments, and industry counterparts.

The CSIS Operational Center Analyst is responsible to cover program implementation, execution of operative tasks (Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders, invoice payments, financial adjustment (incl. accruals), support of NEMS registration/administration, etc.). The resource is considered to be the central interface and the role requires interaction with country and regional CSIS teams and different supporting functions (SCO, Sourcing, Finance, CRS etc.), external vendors and third party personnel. This resource will be responsible for supporting daily operations and will provide  feedback in order to simplify and improve operational processes related to vendor management and invoice operations

What you’ll do:

  • Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order processing

  • PO receipting and Invoice payment coordination

  • Accrual calculation and posting for CSIS expenses (Accrual maker role)

  • Prepare financial adjustments / journals (suspense, correction, etc)

  • Fixed asset related journal processing (capitalization, adjustments, write-off)

  • Support CSIS NEMS onboarding administration processes

  • Supplier record maintenance for CSIS vendors (CWM, P2P)

  • TPM (Third Party Management) process support for CSIS vendors

  • CSIS Ops mailbox monitoring and query handling

  • Generate periodic reports for CSIS related expenses

  • Cooperation with different CSIS functions/teams and other Citi supporting functions (BOSS, Finance, HR, RES etc.)

  • Country specific process/guide/checklist updates

  • Provide support to senior team members and team lead in process improvement projects/ initiatives

What we’ll need from you:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing

  • Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful individual, with experience operating in fast paced and dynamic operational settings.

  • Excellent interpersonal, self-management, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication.

  • Ability to develop and sustain collaborative and productive relationships with other functional areas.

  • Strong computer literacy
