The Internal Comms Sr Analyst  is a great role for early-to-mid experienced Communications professional. Excellent design, written and verbal communication and tact required Has experience with creating self-empowerment options such as templates with consistent branding in accordance to Citi’s branding playbook, thus facilitating design expertise for internal teams You’re a master collaborator who has experience with people skills (including dealing with senior management) to rally employees on engagement initiatives You understand how Communications can positively make a difference to brand and business by as a zealous learner of how elements integrate within functions, and thus help deliver on collective objectives. You also are stickler for fact-checking and enhancing what you have available. You go the extra mile by doing research or deep diving with primary or secondary sources for inspiration on what’s trending in the domain, and are okay with experimenting to shift paradigms as required. Are flexible, while also helping streamline processes that can smooth management of volumes Able to work independently as well as in teams. Regularly assumes ownership and informal leadership within teams, as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across the communications function to assist with business operations and leadership.
  • Work with AIM Communications lead to create a positive, integrated company image through clear, consistent communication that supports the company's near- and long-term business goals.
  • Design and develop communication deliverables to provide the appropriate level of information to target audiences through a variety of channels, including web, intranet, IMs, email, and offline.
  • Good with technicalities associated with working on MS Office, Adobe suite of software, Figma, SharePoint, as a visual communications expert, and in developing or editing internal videos and podcasts.
  • Provide onsite assistance to senior management in support of town halls, senior leadership meetings and other business events and takeover Communications responsibilities where appropriate or required.
  • Ideate or brainstorm as part of the team on Communications or campaign strategies
  • Manage email and web channels to effectively drive messaging to key audiences within the business, including the deployment of targeted content using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Provide communications assistance to projects across the business.
  • Job entails a high-quality writing, editing and proofreading in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Degree preferably in communications, VisComs, design or related fields
  • Knowledge of communications and 2-4 years of experience in communications management, preferably with a BFSI background.
  • Demonstrated track record of conducting successful, well-received communications campaigns


Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
