Team/Role Overview

The Transaction Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support for the Billing of Research Services and the processing of client commissions through CSA’s and RCCA’s. The overall objective of this role is to maintain complete records and process payments accurately and timely.

What you’ll do

This role sits within the Global Cash Equity Middle Office, working as part of a are a global team that administers Commission Sharing Agreements (CSA’s) and Research Commission Collection Agreements (RCCA’s) on behalf of the Sales Desk. We also Invoice and collect Research Payments from clients globally who consume Citi research on behalf of the Research teams, administer and process client rebates as part of the Broker Post Execution Services in Europe and Invoice and collect funds from clients as part of the Cost Plus trading process.

• Check Invoices for accuracy and completeness before issuing to clients

• Reconcile client files against Citi’s records    

• Identify and claim funds paid in to Citi from clients   

• Process Invoices for payments on behalf of clients  

• Act as point of contact for client queries  

What we’ll need from you

• Relevant experience with knowledge of general ledger preferred

• Commitment to co-operative and collaborative working.

• Experience using Microsoft office, particularly excel

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Ability to work simultaneously, manage to deadlines and prioritise tasks
