Operations Analyst (Entry Level) - Cross Functional Control & Projects

This role within Cross Function Control & Projects will support transformation efforts globally for Securities Settlements Operations Fixed Income and Equities across various trading desks and depositories. The position will act as a liaison to support the various projects, programs and initiatives across Securities Settlements. The candidate will need to work closely with the Market Operations Transformation Program Management Office (PMO) team and technology to support user testing of technology solutions. The candidate will be expected to join calls and support numerous operations managers in the support of complex, critical and large-scaled projects to support the business, strategic initiatives, and industry changes.
Responsibilities:
Attend calls and take minutes to share with project or operational leads.
Coordinate and set up various meeting series for the team and stakeholders to support follow ups for project leads.
Coordinate and review user stories (UAT scripts) with operational leads and share feedback to the project lead.
Support user acceptance testing for various projects, programs and initiatives.
Prepare and submit monthly accomplishments for the project team globally.
Creation and organization of documentation to support overall project timelines and artifacts
Updating of dashboards and presentation decks
Participate in forums and working groups to support the project and operational leads for projects, programs and initiatives globally.
Qualifications:
Some relevant experience preferred
Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
