About the GCB Fraud Prevention Organization

The financial crimes environment continues to be challenging, with cybercrime worldwide remaining highly lucrative and criminals becoming more organized and sophisticated, making it harder to distinguish between real customers and bad actors. To combat the agile threat, the GCB Fraud Prevention organization operates leveraging an intelligence-led, threat driven model that targets fraud along the entire fraud lifecycle, enabling the integration of analysis, dissemination of information and coordination of action with speed and agility across businesses and regions.

Fraud Risk Officer – Business Manager

This role reports to the Head of Global Fraud Analytics & Model Development and is responsible for the management and tracking of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives, executive communications and presentations, management of employee engagement initiatives, recruiting and training initiatives, and management of team events. Imperative to this role is the ability to explain complex, technical information to an executive audience, and the ability to effectively engage a wide array of cross-functional teams and partners to move initiatives forward.

This role will partner closely with analytical staff and cross-functional partners to track work progress and create presentations or other documentation. This role will also directly support and advise the head of group and managers with executive communications and the coordination of strategic and ad-hoc initiatives, and act as point of contact for any request involving the team.


  • Management and tracking of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordination of strategic and ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Creation of executive-level communications and presentations, as well as other ad-hoc documentation, and manage communication strategy within and external to organization.
  • Build effective relationships within and outside the organization, and function as the point of contact for requests involving the team.
  • Management and support of culture and employee related initiatives (e.g. Voice of the Employee, Diversity & Inclusion).
  • Support of talent and recruiting efforts, working in partnership with HR and the broader Fraud Talent Team.
  • Provide thought leadership and advise management of opportunities to streamline and improve the work environment for the team.


  • 5+ years experience in project management, business analysis or relevant discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Effective communicator, with ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and effectively communicate analytical findings to a wide array of audiences.
  • Effective cross-functional project, resource, and stakeholder engagement and management, with ability to effectively drive collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and work against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make decisions independently with minimal guidance from management.
  • Experience working in financial, risk management or technology industry a plus.
