Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of Lending Personal Installment Loan campaigns to ensure that strategies are implemented as intended, which includes managing controls around program procedures.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to bring to market new solutions that will better meet customer needs, which includes offer development and testing.
  • Partner with Risk and Decision Management to translate strategies into business requirements for cross- functional execution teams.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, MIM, Campaign Management, Direct Mail Production, Creative Management, and Email Delivery to bring campaigns to market and maximize customer touch points to ensure relevant and logical integration with the customer’s journey.
  • Contribute to long-term development/enhancements to strategy development and execution.
  • Manage all campaign documentation requirements and perform audits validating end to end criteria.

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services, retail and/or consumer goods marketing

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strategic creative marketer with a strong results orientation

• Data-oriented; strong problem-solving skills

• Self-starter – ability to work independently as well as in a group setting

• Comfort with risk taking to inspire a healthy test and learn environment

• Ability to build strong networks and relationships across Cards, Consumer Banking and Citicorp
