Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective Management Information System reporting for the serviced area is in place, if necessary effective participation in conference calls
- Proactive controls and actions targeting at minimizing processing risk including proactive and accurate L2 sanction screening process;
- Take ownership over resolution of the unusual queries and issues reported by the client;
- Ensure process is compliant with local and global regulations;
- Supporting the manager in chairing team meetings, delivering additional feedbacks for meetings with employees and yearly assessments
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years work experience professional experience in institutions linked to capital markets or banking operations
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Knowledge of, experience withconstruction and functioning of different financial instruments (SWIFT knowledge beneficial)
- Strong PC skills in Excel, knowledge of pivot tables and Vlookups, VBA beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrable confidence in dealing with customers and internal parties.

- Ability to analyse current procedures and proactivity in process and qualitative improvements
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
